How long does shipping take?

All products ship within 5-7 days from the date of purchase. Shipping time will vary greatly due to the increased volume of carriers.

How much is shipping?

I offer free shipping on all products shipped in the USA

Do you ship to my country?

Please feel free to message me if you would like to have your purchase shipped outside of these areas at your cost.

Can I return my print for another size or refund my order?

A print can only be refunded or returned if it was damaged, please send an email with a picture of your print how it arrived. If you have problems receiving your order, please send an email to Kathy@kpreynoldsart.com

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
